Welcome to the Lyman Hall Chapter, NSDAR

The Lyman Hall Chapter, NSDAR, of Southeast Georgia was organized to serve six counties without DAR chapters: Ware, Charlton, Bacon, Pierce, Atkinson and Clinch. Members from each of these counties have an active role in the chapter. Lyman Hall supports the NSDAR mission to promote historic preservation, education and patriotism, and as the DAR spirit grows, we hope to help other chapters organize in this area.

We participate in several events throughout Southeast Georgia: Constitution Week, Fort Morris Reenactment, USO at Fort Stewart, Patriots Day, and Flag Day celebrations. Our chapter meetings are held the second Saturday in the months of September, November, January, March, and May in Blackshear, Georgia.

We would love to have you come to our meeting to meet us and to learn more about the DAR. Please email our chapter for meeting times and information. We hope you will join us so that we may get to know you and answer any questions you have about our chapter or about how to join DAR. We would love to personally share about the great friendship, satisfaction and fulfillment our members experience as they participate in the chapter's many patriotic endeavors!
